You have to set up your SMTP settings. If your hosting account allows it, you have to go into your control panel and set that up. I have my site hosted at http://www.myownfreeweb.com and I have a choice if I want to use SMTP, POP, webmail, or web based mail. I would suggest if SMTP is too difficult or not allowed, you may want to try the others.
