Which version of Windows Server do I need?

My suggestion is windows server 2003 web edition. It should support all those features once you’ve installed the few open source applications that you need like php and MySQL.

Depending on what you need, 2003 Small Business server might not be a bad choice. That’s cheaper than buying the OS, SQL Server and Exchange.

Don’t skimp on the hardware either. If you underpower things, you’ll set yourself up for disaster.
