cheapest option. What if your website is not available 10% of the time ? Rather
try a good web hosting provider like http://aplis.net/
Else you can use free webhosting provider like awardspace

well ,after studying your requirements i would say..

http://www.godaddy.com is the best for your need.

You can have free parking if you buy a domain name from them.
But..i would suggest not to go for free parking if you need better google n yahoo credits.

Other options are
http://www.dreamhost.com
http://www.hostmonster.com
http://www.awardspace.com

which are equally good…

Yahoo. They are as cheap as the “cheap ones” but their service is very reliable and strong.
There is nothing worse than seeying your site disappear from the net and finding out that hosting with Yahoo was even CHEAPER than these cowboys!
Moving from one place to the other can be a nightmare and I take the chance to voice my discontent of Byethost & Byet, avoid them like the plague!
Just go with Yahoo! and forget about it, they are even cheaper.
