You may not necessarily need that.

Try the following:
-Locate the executable file on your PC and right click on it.
-Click on the Properties option.
-Click on the Compatibility tab.
-Click on the Run this program in compatibility mode for box
-Select Windows 98 in the drop down.

I did this once in the past for an old piece of software that I was trying to run on XP and it worked like a charm. Try doing that and see if it does not work for you.
