I would ask you a whole bunch of questions to try to nail down what you are infected with etc. but chances are that running a scan with Malwarebyte’s AntiMalware will get rid of it.

I found only one entry for this malware on http://www.BleepingComputer.com and the problem was not solved because the person never answered their questions.

Some of these malware programs are very cleverly written and very difficult to get rid of as Windows is an extremely complex operating system with many places for malware to hide.
I suggest you start over.
If you have data you need to keep, then remove the current hard drive and get a replacement hard drive. Install the factory software, install an antivirus, then get all the updates from Microsoft. Once all that is done set up the rest of the computer the way you want.
This is faster than trying to find all the malware and getting rid of it.
Then get a USB drive dock, or a USB drive enclosure, or a USB drive adapter, and plug the old hard drive into that, then plug the USB into your computer, and you can read all the documents and music and video files from the old hard drive and copy them to the new hard drive if you want. You can also run the anti-virus against the USB-connected hard drive to see what it finds, but the anti-virus might not look in the Registry as the USB drive is not a boot drive. Still, finding the malware files is a first step, if you are curious.
Finally, once you have all your important documents, get a program that completely erases the USB-connected hard drive. After that, you can re-install the factory software and make the old drive ready-to-install if you get another virus. The criminals will never stop attacking.
