Use whatever web security software you have, and filter the page. It has something to do with parental controls.

Or you could stop letting him use your computer. Tell him not to download. What are you, afraid of him?

100g?! My God.. that would take probably 4 weeks to download nonstop….

k i have vista and simply use parentel controls and you could even password the internet so he cant use it period and i think u mean 100mb or even kb not g (im assuming g is for gigabytes) which is slightly less than half my hard drive…

Steps to block a website…

1. Load your Internet explorer
2. Click Tools
3. Click Internet Options
4. Click the Privacy tab
5. Under the Privacy window, Click Sites
6. Type in the site address that you want to Block and Click OK.

You can do the following….

Window Vista has an option for blocking access to web sites using Parental Controls.

This can be accessed by clicking the Control Panel link followed by Parental Control option. From this option you can select the user account for which the access restriction needs to be applied.
Select the On option for the Parental Controls section. This would enable the Web Restrictions and on navigating through Web Restriction link, the following screen will be displayed.
selecting Block some websites or content would enable the Edit the Allow and Block list.
