You should be able to install those drivers without using a floppy drive.
Don’t know how the Vista hardware install wizard works so I can’t do step by step instructions. But you should start by extracting the driver files into a folder somewhere that you can find it again. (for example I’ve got D:Driverssil0680 for my PCI IDE card) When updating the driver (using the right-click option that I assume still exists in device manager) specifiy that location as the spot to find the drivers or look for a Have Disk button and point it to that folder. (Basically you want to point it to the folder that has the Sil3112.inf file.)
Once the driver is loaded your drives will show up. Just make sure you’ve got the Vista drivers, not the XP drivers. (Not sure if they’re any different, but better safe then sorry.)
