how to allow certain url only and block all other internet traffic?

Go to Internet Explorer and then to Tools. Open Internet Option and then Content. Enable the Content dvisor. The rest if fairly easy to navigate.

BE VERY CAREFUL. If you forget your Content Advisor password you could have to reinstall windows.

you can use NetDog : http://www.netdogsoft.com
you can add websites to “always blocked website list” in NetDogAdmin.exe , it’s very easy, aslo password protected.
