Save it as a video file on your computer, then send it to whoever you want to send it, e.g. via e-mail or upload it to a web site.
I’ve never tried sending one to the internet… sorry..
if you want to publish it online you need to give the information of ftp Hosting but you dont have so its better to publish it on your computer after upload it or send it via mail
