i was told to make sure the pc had i video card of 1GIG or 2 GIG for the web cam to have best video feed

I want to stream a 1024×1024 (variable, it does not need to achieve this resolution) window with the highest framerate and largest/best quality output possible for others to view online. I need to know a program and website where I can achieve this. I am able to make my own web server to host the video myself if necessary.
Notes:
Webcammax does not achieve this
Things like fraps, gamecam, don’t apply.

I have a domain name got from godaddy.com. but i need to host my web site in my own pc. hw i do this?

hello every one.my name is fazil.I’m a student.
Actually i have got a desktop computer,and i wanna upgrade that into a web hosting server for my web site.i know i can do this job through hosting sites but i wanna make it by my self(just for education purpose)so tell me is that possible me to setup my own web site hosting server from my home itself?
if yes, pls let me know what are the requirements for it.one thing i wanna be clear my internet connection is not that speed like it should be.more preference should be given to LINUX o/s.

my web site & the site thats hosts it will not load up!? what causes this and how do i fix it? i have windows xp home & mcafee 2007 for sacurity. added this just incase it matters. thanks you.
i also ahve yahoo tool bar & internt explorer 7(i think). it’s the one with the tabs.
