I’m not being abused or anything but I can’t stand living here.

I’m currently 17 and unemployed. I have years of experience in programming (unprofessional). I started at 13 and I’ve made and sold professional looking designs for websites and I’ve sold programs with specificity in the criteria of my customers. I’ve made $200 from that, but I lost all of my contacts (my customers, usually hackers) and do not want to do any more relating from that. I can code in PHP, HTML, CSS, C++/C, C#, Perl, VB.NET, VB6, Jquery/Javascript, and just a tiny bit of Java. Oh and I’m pretty good at bash too. I have 3 years of experience with Linux (especially with Fedora and Ubuntu). I have helped people with web hosting problems in the past.

Thanks to my teacher during sophomore year, I am certified by Microsoft for Microsoft Word (2007). I also have a PHP certificate from w3schools.org. Currently I’m in 11th grade and doing school online (virtualedu.org, which my dad pays about $50 a month for).

I figure that I need a job before I can move out, but I can’t for the life of me find anything. I can code, but I’m not professional and certified at most things. PHP is the only real thing I’ve got, not many find that useful though. I’m certified for Microsoft Word, but most of the jobs that have that requirement also have other requirements (like for me to have a Texas driver’s license, which I don’t have and can’t afford the lessons right now). They also require for me to have finished high school, have excellent social skills (mines are mediocre). Also my parents are poor and are struggling to pay the bills.

I don’t want to wait, I want to get the hell out of here as soon as I can. What steps should I take? I want to get my own apartment and pay for it, I’m learning to cook this month and I’m trying out recipes.
