Could you please help? i got a message when i start to debug either two of those even after the modify pop up. it says “Unable to start debugging. The Silverlight Developer Runtime is not installed. Please Install a matching version.”

I am interested of Silverlight because i heard it has C# support. I am an c# novice developer, I did some projects for school including small games and some bigger data-base applications. I am curious if microsoft silverlight can include c# code on an web page, and if microsoft visual studio 2010 can help me do that.
