why why when i try to unistall it tells me to make sure the patch is real .why does a patch stop me from removing this to reinstall it and when i go to silverlightits pretty but no help i just wanted to watch netflix

Tip: Shortcut to “Uninstall or change program”:

1: Press these key together: “Win + R” to bring up the run menu (Win key is the key with the windows logo)
2: In the run menu tha appeared, write: appwiz.cpl
3: Press the “OK” button or the “Enter” key.

In a short, the “Uninstall or change program” window should appear. Go ahead!
