All I can give you is formulation of the problem. Putting it in a tableau and solving it in a computer are I believe too much for asking.
Minimize z = 0.1A + 0.03B + 0.09C
With the ff constraints:
A + B + C >= 10
A + B + C <= 15
-A + B <=0
A + B – C <= 0
