Based on the application, 700 could be a very tiny number or a big number. Like it the application you are talking about is very less resource intensive, then 700 is hardly anything to bother about.

Check the bandwidth usage, see if your website is very slow during the service, check your server logs. If nothing shows up a red flag, just be happy that everything is fine.

If the website seems to be loading snail speed during the service, then maybe you can look at other things or possibly upgrade.
