Well, the second website is a blog.

Well, blog is a easy way to post images and text together.

You can choose WordPress if you want to create your own blog, its very easy they have very good templates that can suite your needs and lot of gadgets.

Here is a nice article on ‘How to Make Websites’.

Their might not be any difference if you go with Windows or Linux.

As wordpress is free, you might not need any hosting, just make your blog in WordPress, and link your domain to it.
