Edit: You’re asking an awful lot for a free server without ads. Where do you think the revenue comes from for these companies that allow free webspace without advertisements? It doesn’t have phpMyAdmin to my knowledge, nor does it have ionCube loader. I also forgot that it only allows 500 kilobyte uploads.

You can always get a spare computer and use it as a server yourself, and load on the programs you need.

Yes, go to http://www.myownfreeweb.com where you can upload and unzip at the server, and there are no file size restrictions.

I really think free web hosting is a waste of time. You have to deal with ugly 3rd party banners and things like that all over your site. Kind of takes away the “your” in your site. You should consider going to a website like http://www.hostgumbo.com … they have an up to date pricing and features comparison chart for the top 2009 web hosts. The site is free to use and they also run really cool promotions and giveaways. They will pay for the first 3 months of your hosting no matter which one of their advertised hosts you decide to use!
