Make sure ports are forwarded so that people outside of your network can connect to the server.

Ok… i downloaded my gmod server… i started it. Then im connecting to it and i can. So its good. But my friends cant to join me! What can i do?

Place the batch script in Notepad.

Go to File > Save As

type your file name and .bat at the end. Like this: server.bat

And it should be saved as a batch file.

Hey, this was a really nice tutorial but I dont get it to work. I did download all the files and opened the shortcut with the target options and nothing happends. No new windows, nothing. Is this supposed to happen? Also when i goto stem>servers and search for my ip with :27015 behind, it just says “server is not responding”, even though i forwarded the port. Could you maybe help me one time via steam? Add me if u want, acc: Ferdinando
