im have made a wcs server but its a lan server??

wont work for me, i have it in the folder and everything but wen i access my server nothing boout wcs comes up

thanks i felt many people would want it i found a tutorial and it was kinda hard to follow but i made this so its not so hard i dont play CSS anymore my Account got hacked for the seccond time but it was not the acc they stole my msn and i cant change it to a new msn
