You may want to look to the following web hosting companies that provides un-meterd or enough bandwidths.

They plans start from $20/month, and since it’s a VPS hosting you can install whatever you want.

They have a lot of plans, so you can easily upgrade, and since they were recently acquired by Rackspace they’ll probably make it very easy to switch to their dedicated hosting later on.
