when u open the forlder of the project in browser
ex: http://localhost/TEST1/ (if u use iis it will be like that)
this will open the form called Default.aspx
so rename the first form Default.aspx or creat a new form called Default.aspx then make it navigate to the 1st form

i am not sure what u exactly want*
