How does ASP.NET compare to other ways of making websites?

asp.net is much user friendly for designing,for example in php we have to write codes for all components such as grid etc.here we can just drag drop.Even in jsp we dont get design tab so arranging components is difficult.More ever as microsoft is world leader we genrally find windows all over world(mostly), so accesbiltiy is also not a issue.
Coding is also easy,and get gud help easily from internet.
