Other orders are usually setup within 12 hours and we send an email including the information about your hosting account. I don't have Linux in my home PC, can I choose a Linux Hosting Plan? The operating system of your computer does not have to be same with the operating system of our servers. Whatever operating system you have at your computer, we can host your web site at our servers. You will simply prepare your web site at home via your favorite web site editor (including Microsoft FrontPage) then you will publish/upload your web site to our servers. It is that simple.

I don't have FrontPage so how can I publish my web site? There is no hassle. Please use your own web site editor but if you don't have one, you can choose one of the free web site editors at the Members Page. After creating/preparing your web site please upload your files to "ftp.yourwebsite.com" and choose "public_html" (for Linux) directory as destination, enter your user id and password when requested.

Are your support team well equipped to solve my technical issues? We employ 3 shift support team to solve your technical issues during 24 hours on all days. Yes, you can buy our hosting plans according to your web site's needs and also you can keep your old domain registrar. Please be aware that domain registrars duty is to register your domain and to provide you the online tools to setup your domain. After signing up with us, visit your domain registrar and change the DNS settings to ours.

Why do I need to modify the DNS of my domain? "Domain Name Server" information is used to route the requests from all over the world to our servers. All web sites must have at least two name servers. At your domain registrar's web site, you are able to make the required modifications. This modification tells all internet routers that your web site is hosted at our servers. When your web site is requested from anywhere of the world, the closest routers send this request to our servers. I am transferring my domain and I don't want downtime between DNS propagation and uploading my web site? Until DNS propagation completed, you can use http://70.85.77.84:2082/ to access your CPanel and http://70.85.77.84/~userid/ to access your web site. If you upload all of the files of your web site to our servers via CPanel file manager, and then modify the DNS of your domain, no downtime occurs during transferring your web site to us. 

My web site is on the server of another web hosting provider, I want to choose you but I have a big web site and I don't want to upload all of my files again. Do you have any solution for me? We can  transfer all files of your web site to our servers easily, if your current web hosting plan has one of them: CPanel, Plesk, Ensim, ZerXex's dXm, Alabanza, WebPanel. Then drop us an email including information of the server name or ip, your user name and your password.

Some web hosting providers offer unlimited space and unlimited bandwidth, why do I prefer your service? Actually those types of providers simply assume that you will spend approximately 50-100 Mb of Disk-space and  300-400 Mb of Bandwidth per month.
